Construction of buildings is allowed in the residential and mixed-use zone: - the smallest building plot area for detached houses is 350 m2; - the maximum built-up area of a building plot is 40% for a detached one; - the highest built-up coefficient is 1. 2; - the maximum height is 3 above-ground floors, with the third floor shaped like an attic or a recessed floor.
