The apart-hotel is located in Igalo, 11 apartments, underground parking and one of the best sea views in Herceg Novi. The building has 3 floors, on the first and second there are 4 apartments each and on another 3 on the top floor. At the moment the hotel is no longer operational, and the apartments are sold separately. 9 apartments have been legalized and two more have been submitted for legalization.
